Our Specialties
Since our inception in 2008, we have committed to excellence in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating presentations of all kinds. While this clinical focus remains paramount, we have used this foundational lens of inclusive eating, mindfulness and empirically backed nutrition science to treat a wider scope of nutritional priorities including prenatal and postpartum care, gastrointestinal health, perimenopause and menopause and metabolic optimization. We work from a simple conviction: all foods fit, and every human body has value. It is the relationship with food and the ability and skills to make wise food choices that we help people change; the work is never about a list of foods to avoid.
Our niche
Ten Specialties: Our complete clinical focus
We work with clients on the following nutrition priorities:
Eating Disorders
Treatment for anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, exercise compulsion and food and weight preoccupation. For individuals (and their families and loved ones) living with an eating disorder or disordered eating.
Weight Management & GLP-1 Support
Scientifically grounded guidance for metabolic optimization and a centered mindset around food. For those who have learned that food avoidance and counting calories or macronutrient grams leaves them more exhausted than well and who want a kinder relationship with food and body. When a GLP-1 medication is part of someone’s care, we support their nutrition alongside it.
Perimenopause & Menopause
Tailored support and guidance for a woman’s hormonal evolution and the appetite, energy and metabolic shifts that accompany this journey.
Digestive Health
Optimization of the gut microbiome, addressing gut dysregulation and uncomfortable GI symptoms, treatment strategies for IBS, GERD, Celiac, and Crohn’s.
Prenatal & Postpartum Care
Optimized nutrition through conception, pregnancy and the months after birth.
Infant Feeding
Helping families meet their infant feeding goals with confidence. Specialized guidance for tiny eaters, ages 0 to 2.

Expert guidance for feeding challenges, picky eating, building positive food relationships and optimizing growth and development, because every child deserves to thrive.
Adolescent Nutrition
Specialized nutrition guidance that honors the unique challenges of adolescence while building lifelong healthy habits.

A starting place
Not sure where to start?
Many people find us because something just “feels off” with how they are eating, how they are thinking about food, or how they are experiencing their bodies. They may have never discussed these thoughts before with their doctor, therapist or anyone else for that matter. Just landing here is a great start; it indicates your awareness that if you aren’t feeling a sense of peace with food and your body, that you fully deserve to and that the right counseling can help you get there.
Our team of experts aims to teach food wisdom and grow a sense of confidence in each individual to truly understand how to best nourish themselves. There is no protocol to this work - strategies and recommendations are all personally tailored to make sense for your life and your particular needs.
