Appleman Nutrition wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, a magnifier, or other assistive technology. If something on the site gets in the way, there should be a straightforward way to tell us.
What this page claims
An honest working statement
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a badge we stamp on the site. This page is a working draft for the rebuilt site. The current live site did not have an accessibility statement when we looked (August 2026), and this rebuild has not yet completed the review that a conformance claim would require.
This statement does not claim that the Appleman Nutrition website is certified to, or fully conforms to, any accessibility standard or level. We are not publishing a formal conformance claim here, and we would rather say that plainly than imply something we have not verified.
How we approach the rebuild
- Keep a clear heading structure and readable text.
- Make controls work with a keyboard, not only a mouse.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Avoid overlay widgets that promise one click compliance.
Those are design and build intentions. They are not a substitute for a completed accessibility review, and they are not a certified result.
Known limitations
We will not claim the site has no barriers.
A published statement should name known limitations in plain language, such as a third party form or player we do not fully control, and offer another way to get the same information. That list belongs here once it reflects a real review rather than a guess.
