Cathy Reed is Appleman Nutrition’s operations wizard. She brings 30 years of medical billing expertise and comprehensive knowledge of the internal workings of health care offices to her work with our nutrition practice.
She oversees all billing, collections and administrative operations including patient account updates and the maintenance of client records and payment details. While clients of the practice submit their own insurance claims, Cathy provides them with the essential documentation and administrative tools they need to navigate the filing process with ease.
She manages daily administrative workflows and offers dedicated clinician support to keep operations running seamlessly. Cathy is known for treating every client with the utmost care and sensitivity, and she handles confidential financial details sensitively and efficiently so clients can focus completely on their nutrition and wellness goals.
